The best robot vacuum and mop (click for info) Combo

The Q Revo is an excellent choice if you're looking for a robot vacuum and mop that's priced in the middle. It has a great mopping capabilities, but is lacking some of the advanced features of its more expensive counterpart.

During testing it was able to take on dust and dry oats on carpets with medium piles and pet hair on hard flooring. It doesn't use LIDAR however, as cheaper models do to identify your home.

iRobot Roomba s9+

The iRobot Roomba S9+ is one of the top robot vacuums. It has impressive cleaning power and numerous features that include a self-emptying dirt compartment built into its charging base. This robot can recognize your habits of cleaning, and recommend automatic schedules that will give you a truly hands-free cleaning experience.

The iRobot Home App guides you through the setup process. Once the system is set up, you can start automated cleaning with a single button press. You can select an overall clean which focuses on the elimination of larger debris such as cereal and rice. Or you can choose two mappings to ensure that the entire home is cleaned thoroughly.

This vacuum works well on both floors with no carpet and carpets with low pile. It is able to take large objects and does not lose suction as fast as some other models and can remove pet hair with ease. It has a difficult time with high-pile carpets or plush carpets however iRobot claims that future models will be more efficient.

The S9+ is a new design from iRobot that concentrates on enhancing the edge and corner cleaning. It's the first Roomba to adopt an open-fronted, flat-fronted design, which will allow it to fit into furniture and walls. It's a great improvement over the hockey puck-like design of the majority of robovacs. However, we found it to be only incrementally better than circular models.

iRobot also claims that the S9+ has a superior filtering system that blocks microscopic dust particles and allergens from circulating within your home. We like the statement but not enough to justify a higher price.

Its smart navigation system uses sensors to keep track of the structure of your home, and vSLAM for mapping the interior. It then cleans your entire home efficiently by avoiding obstacles such as stairs and other obstacles. The iRobot Home App allows you to schedule cleaning times and set virtual boundaries so that the robot can determine which areas need extra attention.

2. Roborock Q Revo

Roborock Q Revo is a machine that combines mopping and vacuuming. Its vacuum settings are as efficient as those found on more expensive models, and its mopping system is better still--its spinning pads do a much more impressive job of scrubbing floors than a stationary vibration pad.

It will gently hit a wall or furniture and move on whenever it comes across one.

The Q Revo is unique in that it can run almost autonomously, with little user involvement. The dock of the robo-vac has multiple functions and will automatically move garbage into a bin hidden. It also washes and dries, as well as refills the clean water tank. The app will only alert you when something is not right like the water tank being empty or a cancelled vacuuming session due to the bin being full.

You can also create or combine actual rooms in order to personalize the way Q Revo handles your home. The X2 Omni is a premium robot mop and vacuum combo that comes with all the features you can want. Like the iRobot Roomba S9+, it comes with a powerful vacuum that has a powerful suction to clean carpet and hard floors, as well as the mop's rotating design that can scrub tough staining. It also comes with a self-cleaning base station that automatically empties and washes the mop pads, keeping them germ-free and ready for use again.
